As we participate in the urban environment we carry with us visual experiences; memories.  There is a language present that visually links the city and our memory of our participation within it.  This project wants to explore what the visual language of Berlin is, and what aesthetic works throughout the city to make it identifiable.  More importantly, it reflects on how has the city created a visual emancipation, and therefore constructed its aesthetic identity.

Tutorial Thursday May 28

As originally planned and announced, i will offer a limited number of tutorials on thursday morning, as anything later does not make sense as you otherwise have no time to finish your proposal until friday afternoon. PLEASE choose a slot by checking under comments, which slot is taken und add your preferred time, here is the list for the tutorial-may-28 .

Please make sure you come with your work, as stated previously, whether your project is more action or design based, everyone has to present his/her individual project concept with diagrams or storyboard, and a minimum 200 maximum 300 word text, and 2 collages (one collage focuses on the concept, one collage focuses on the spatial experience). \

You have to have for the tutorial a draft of your text, at least one collage and one diagram or parts of the storyboard!!!
